Fashion with a story: alpaca wool loop scarf Napkini

True, Peru is the largest supplier of organic coffee in the world. But that doesn’t mean people would order cappuccino when they relax in small cafés tucked away in Lima’s little side streets. Luckily, ANNAMARIAANGELIKA‘s Head Designer didn’t know when she took a break while travelling.

This handmade winter accessory isn’t only made from soft alpaca wool. Its design tells a charming story about how two café owners went out of their way to get milk and advice from neighbours to prepare their customer’s unusual request. When they finally served the steaming hot brew, it came with a huge smile and a little checkered napkin.

Loop scarf Napkini is a homage to this experience. It celebrates genuine kindness in everyday situations that you wish to keep in your heart.

I got two hats from this shop-both are absolutely beautiful, warm and cozy. The colors are vivid and just as pictured and give a nice pop of color in the dark days of winter. They’re a little pricey, but are so well made and comfortable, I’ll be wearing them for years. I’m hoping they’ll have a line of spring knits.

This is a lovely item, a bit pricey but made to last for a lifetime and just cheers you up to see yourself with it on. Also doesn´t cause sweating or hurting ears which badly made hats often do.
